Cognizant Technology Solutions is looking for a Java Onsite Technical Support Lead to join the team of IT professionals in a role. Responsibilities:

lead and drive technical analysis / technical resolution / providing workaround solution for production issues
ensure the application runs efficiently at all times, meet SLA and critical metric commitments for support engagement
own and drive delivery of the entire team (along with offshore team)
availability and flexibility to stretch for long hours if needed during urgent/critical issue resolution Required Qualifications Strong hands on proficiency in Java springboot microservices
Strong hands on proficiency in GCP platform – bigquery, spanner, pubsub, DAG, GCP logs
Strong experience with production support engagement
Independent decision making ability post analysis to handle job failures, data issues, alerts, restart batch job cycles, provide workaround solutions with data fix , adhoc job executions, adhoc data processing
knowledge of monitoring/logging tools (good to have)

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for the position is between $63,000- $99,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
