Full Job Description Job Description Key Responsibilities:

• Build robust and maintainable web-based user interfaces that provide a delightful user experience.
• Take full ownership of feature development, including enhancing the front-end of our web applications, adding capabilities in microservices, and structuring relational databases.
• Design and develop components of a microservices ecosystem that support functionality for equity portfolio construction tools for direct indexing.
• Support the building, releasing, and deploying of software components to a Kubernetes cluster.
• Continuously improve our enterprise fintech platform by modernizing existing components and selecting contemporary technologies and third-party enterprise components.
• Write clear and maintainable code that can be easily understood by other team members.
• Take a leadership role in projects and initiatives.
• Mentor and assist in the growth of junior team members.
• Stay updated on developments in the technologies we are using.
• Actively participate in recruitment efforts.

Qualifications:

• Advanced knowledge of web development with a deep understanding of the JavaScript ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of front-end technologies (React, Angular, Vue), application architecture, and methods for integrating these with other software components.
• Solid understanding of programming fundamentals, including algorithms, data structures, design patterns, and paradigms.
• At least five years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience leading projects and managing teams.
• A seasoned background in Python or related experience with modern object-oriented languages (such as Java, Scala, etc.) is a plus.
• Experience working within an Amazon Web Services (AWS) ecosystem.
• Familiarity with relational databases.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with various business departments.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary environment.
