Mac Engineer- Permanent/Onsite Position Available In Fulton, Georgia

Responsibilities:

Ensures that the technologies are updated with current, stable, andcompliant architecture and applications that meet enterprisestandards; Manages system/application environment and ongoing operations; Performs on-call activities as needed for the environment andtechnologies; Contribute input to infrastructure architecture; Provide input into infrastructure architecture designs; Researches, designs, implements and tests technology solutions; Collaborates with IT and business area partners on work groups andinitiatives; Troubleshoots software and/or hardware issues/failures; Ensures execution and alignment to architectural standards andblueprints; Resolves alerts and performs remediation activities; Writes programming/scripting; Determines migration and upgrade impacts and diagnose/resolvecomplex technology/application errors; Performs installation, monitoring, testing, configuration,migration, maintenance and troubleshooting of assigned technology(MAC); Proactively monitors and reports performance and utilization ofassigned technologies; Assists with developing tactical strategies, processes andprocedures related to systems/application administration.

Requirements:

Experience analyzing business requirements and translating theminto technical solutions; Bachelor’s degree in an IT related field or relevant workexperience; Experience using Agile methodology; Ability to manage tasks independently and take ownership ofresponsibilities; Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment; Ability to communicate technical information clearly andarticulately; Competent working in one or more environments highly integratedwith an operating system (MAC). JAMF Certifications a plus; Must have strong Apple product knowledge; High critical thinking skills to evaluate alternatives and presentsolutions that are consistent with business objectives andstrategy; Extensive working knowledge of multiple technologies and theirinterfaces and integration; Ability to learn from mistakes and apply constructive feedback toimprove performance.
