is seeking a Mid MS Exchange Administrator to join us.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support forMicrosoft Exchange Online and Microsoft Outlook across Desktop,Web, and Mobile platforms. Manage the creation, modification, and deletion of mailboxes,including technical troubleshooting of related issues. Develop and execute PowerShell scripts for automating routinetasks, such as mailbox and distribution list creation, within aDevSecOps environment. Maintain current documentation of messaging systems, includingdiagrams and configurations, to ensure accurate systemrecords. Track and analyze email message delivery performance,generating reports on system health and resolving technicalissues. Troubleshoot and resolve enterprise email issues incollaboration with the OCIO Service Desk, escalating complexproblems to senior staff or vendors as needed. Support integration and maintenance of Exchange services withCDC’s collaboration tools to ensure seamless communication andfunctionality.

Qualifications Education and Years of Experience:

Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or other relatedfield. 2-4 Years of experience
