The Opportunity As part of the Software and Product Innovation team you will lead the design and development of scalable applications in a dynamic environment. As a Senior Associate you will manage and inspire others while navigating the complexities of application modernization and performance enhancements. This role allows you to work with advanced technologies and contribute to mission-critical applications in Freight, Rail, and Logistics. Responsibilities

• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver mission-critical applications

• Mentor junior developers and promote a culture of continuous learning What You Must Have
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3 years of experience
• Bachelor’s degree or in lieu of a degree, demonstrating three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in technology for each missing year of college What Sets You Apart
• Master’s Degree preferred
• Demonstrating proficiency in Java-based backend development
• Leading application modernization and performance improvements
• Excelling in Agile, CI/CD, and DevOps environments
• Managing cloud-based deployments on AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Optimizing frontend performance with modern frameworks

• $161,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
