.Net Lead

Responsibilities:

Design and develop solutions using Microsoft Technologies.
Maintain confidentiality regarding the information being stored and processed.
Work with offshore teams and coordinate development activities.
Develop analysis diagrams such as use cases and flow diagrams, and create technical designs
Provide production support, analyze, and identify root causes of issues, and propose solutions.
Participate in code reviews and ensure coding standards are followed.
Coordinate testing and deployment activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the development team.
Design and build technical solutions to support current and future business needs.
Provide guidance and support to junior developers and offshore teams, fostering a collaborative and learning environment.

Requirements:

7+ years of experience with bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
Experience understanding legacy code without technical documentation and ability to redesign and write it in modern technologies
Strong knowledge in Azure services like DevOps, KV, APIM, App Insights.
Experience with Agile development practices.
Hands-on technical design, development, and review of solutions developed in .NET technologies.
Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions independently.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
Versatile and highly motivated with a strong sense of commitment and teamwork.
