As a Solution Architect within the Operate Solution Hub, you willbe responsible for coordinating the design and implementation forlarge and complex deals ($30-$50M Total Contract Value). Thesedeals could have any combination of Application Management Services(AMS), Infrastructure Management Services (IMS), Cloud ManagedServices (CMS), or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) acrossindustries. The Operate Solution Hub is designed to drive anoptimum process for solutioning and pricing cross-OperatingPortfolio/tower operate deals, reducing friction for cross-OfferingPortfolio pursuits and optimizing review. By providing servicessuch as inputs for deal qualifications, benchmarks/effortestimation, and solution/pricing review, the Operate Solution Hubwill be a focused space to increase win rates andprofitability. Recruiting for this role will end on 5/16/2025.

Key Responsibilities may include:

Solution Design and Architecture Support development of solution storyboards, Total Cost ofOwnership (TCO) analysis, and review pricing model inputs/dealshapes. Contribute to the creation of differentiated deal structures andcommercial models, embedding multitower synergies duringsolutioning. Develop estimation frameworks and pricing model frameworks. Review and provide feedback on key contracting terms and ServiceLevel Agreements (SLAs). Client Interaction and Collaboration Help leadership articulate integrated solutions to clients byparticipating in and helping to lead solution presentations. Assist in the creation of value propositions for clientrequirements. Support the solution team during client discussions, orals, and duediligence. Internal Coordination Collaborate closely with all stakeholders of the pursuit. Participate in solution review meetings with internalstakeholders. Collaborate with Transition and delivery teams on delivery feedbackloop. Work closely with other industry Subject Matter Experts to developbusiness-aligned metrics, such as Business Level Agreements (BLAs)and Experience Level Agreements (XLAs). Qualifications Senior Manager / Associate VP Education (Undergrad or Masters): MCA, BCA, BE/BTech in CS, IT, orany Business major 8-10 years of experience Focused on quality results (analyses and deliverables) Multi-tower experience with solutioning and commercial models Strong analytical and consulting skills, including experience inbusiness case development and analyzing data to drive decisions Knowledge of AMS/IMS/CMS/BPaas solution tenets, estimationapproaches, and solution integration Top-notch written and oral communication/presentation skills withthe ability to put together cohesive decks Advanced Excel skills Work within a matrixed team during deal pursuits and adapt tochanging project requirements and timelines.

A reasonable estimate of thecurrent range is $159,000-345,000. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annualincentive program, subject to the rules governing the program,whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including,without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
