Job Description
Principal Golang Developer/Fintech/Hybrid Atlanta
We just partnered up with a growing software company here in the Atlanta area, becoming a national leader in the transportation payments space, and they are looking to add a Principal Golang Developer. Their software is integral in providing a secure and efficient payments platform to allow customers to purchase, track, and receive orders for various items. They have become a leader in this space due to the dynamic nature of their product, not to mention an impressive team. They are partnering up with numerous leading e-commerce organizations to aid in supply chain services, providing their payments software to make the job easier for every stop on the path from warehouse to carrier, to customer. You will be working directly on this FinTech application, helping them efficiently scale integration efforts as they enter these contracts. Their ideal candidate has 8+ years of hands-on backend Golang experience, 5+ years experience with AWS technologies, and Fintech or Payments experience is strongly preferred. Their office is in Northeast Atlanta/Smyrna area, and they are offering a Monday Tuesday Hybrid schedule in the office. Come join a heavily funded, quickly growing company!
Requirements:
- 10+ years software engineering experience
- 8+ years working with Golang
- Experience developing large-scale microservices cloud applications
- Cloud experience in AWS (open to Google Cloud Platform/Azure, as well)
- Experience in the Fintech/Payments space
