Salary:

$150,000-$165,000 per year Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Release Engineer to join our fast-paced DevOps and engineering team. This hybrid role is responsible for building, automating, and managing CI/CD pipelines, supporting software deployments across both legacy and cloud-native platforms. As a Release Engineer, you will work closely with development, QA, and offshore teams to manage software releases, implement infrastructure as code (IaC), and improve deployment efficiency using tools such as Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, ArgoCD, Terraform, and Docker. Responsibilities Own the end-to-end release engineering process including build automation, deployments, and post-release validation. Manage and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub, Helm, and ArgoCD. Collaborate with developers, QA, and release managers to coordinate and execute deployments across multiple environments. Build and deploy containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes (AKS). Use Terraform to provision and manage Azure infrastructure. Support both Windows and Linux environments. Troubleshoot deployment and environment issues; ensure reliable and scalable deployments. Lead offshore release engineers and ensure alignment with release processes. Create and maintain documentation for release procedures and configurations. Support after-hours deployments as needed. Required Skills 5+ years in Release Engineering or DevOps Strong experience with: Azure DevOps, Git, GitHub Kubernetes (AKS), Docker, Helm, ArgoCD Terraform and Infrastructure as Code Windows and Linux server environments Experience with
