TheSalesforce Business Solutions Architect will be responsible for technicaldevelopment and design on the Salesforce Platform in coordination with businessand third-party development teams to transform the CRM experience withinDigital Catering & In-Flight Solutions. The Salesforce Business Solutions Architectwill be actively involved in requirements gathering across business groups andwill be expected to bring technical Salesforce skills to the team. Thisrole will actively build solution components, thoroughly test development, andensure quality throughout our product development and enhancement lifecycle.
The Salesforce Business Solutions Architect is experienced and apprised of the constantlychanging technology stack of the Salesforce platform, who works alongside theircolleagues, participates in building our team culture and supports our alignedDigital Catering & In-Flight Solutions organization to create innovativesolutions that meet and enhance business needs.
Responsibilities:
BusinessAlignment and Strategy
- Work with stakeholdersto define data rules, standardize business processes and establish developmentbest practices across Salesforce org
- Gather business requirementsfrom various business teams and translate to technical design/development orconfiguration on the Salesforce platform SolutionDesign and Delivery
- Manage testing and deploymentactivities internally and with third-party development teams
- Understand and maintainsystems and processes integrated into the Salesforce platform as well as data flowsleveraging APIs, web services and other ETL tools
- Write and automate unit,integration, incremental user stories and end-to-end testing Innovationand Continuous Improvement
- Stay abreast of emergingSalesforce capabilities and identify opportunities to enhance
- the platform’s functionality
- Recommend and implementinnovative features to improve user experience and business outcomes
- Build and maintain a roadmapfor Salesforce enhancements that aligns with organizational priorities Enablementand Support
- Develop and share bestpractices for platform usage and ensure team members are
- empowered to maximizeSalesforce’s potential
- Provide ongoing supportfor critical enterprise applications and troubleshoot issues proactively What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications) + SalesforceCertified Developer with 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience + Strongexpertise in translating business needs into effective technical solutions + Experienceworking with enterprise orgs, managing deployment packages, and adhering toarchitectural design patterns + Familiaritywith SQL, JavaScript, HTML5, APIs, and cloud services such as AWS + Proactiveproblem-solving skills, with the ability to recommend solutions that align withbusiness priorities + Consistentlyprioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
