Senior Workday Integration Developer

As a Senior Workday Integration Developer, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless integrations and mentor others in the process.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain Workday integrations to connect with external HR, finance, and business systems.
Implement data integration solutions using Informatica IDMC for data ingestion, replication, and transformation.
Act as a bridge between product stakeholders, developers, and QA to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.
Work with Workday APIs and web services for seamless data flow and connectivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable, technical solutions.
Document integration logic, technical workflows, and interface designs.
Mentor team members on Workday integration best practices, IDMC usage, and Agile delivery.
This is a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension. 100% remote (must work East Coast hours) with bi-quarterly travel to the Atlanta office for a few days.
Required Skills:
6+ years of experience building and supporting Workday integrations.
3+ years of hands-on experience designing and managing integrations using Informatica IDMC.
Strong programming skills (XSLT, JSON, XML, API integration).
Proven success working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Effective communication skills, able to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
Workday certification (Integration or Studio).
Experience as a technical SME in integration projects.
