Job Description
Role Overview As a Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud Solution Architect (NPC SA), you will lead the design and delivery of transformative solutions for nonprofit clients using Salesforce’s Nonprofit Cloud. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical architecture with business goals, ensuring scalable, secure, and impactful implementations. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud implementations, including Fundraising, Program Management, and Outcome Management. Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that leverage Salesforce best practices and Slalom accelerators. Guide technical teams through solution design, development, and deployment. Collaborate with client stakeholders, delivery leads, and project managers to ensure alignment and successful delivery. Provide thought leadership on Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud capabilities and roadmap. Support pre-sales efforts including scoping, estimation, and proposal development. Qualifications 5+ years of Salesforce experience, with at least 2 years focused on Nonprofit Cloud or NPSP. Salesforce certifications such as Nonprofit Cloud Consultant, Application Architect, or System Architect preferred. Proven experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions for nonprofit organizations. Strong understanding of nonprofit business processes including donor management, grants, and program delivery. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
