Join our dynamic team as a Software Engineer II at our client’s location in Atlanta, Georgia. We’re seeking a technically proficient individual with a passion for coding and design. You’ll be part of a team that safeguards cloud infrastructure, enhances cloud security posture, and automates enterprise policy compliance at scale.
Job Responsibilities:
Automate repeatable processes to enhance our cloud governance capabilities
Develop integrated solutions and assist in delivering policy-as-code across a multi-cloud ecosystem
Participate in team/product planning sessions, contribute ideas, and help prioritize our backlog
Collaborate with Cloud Engineers, Cloud Governance Software Engineers, Architecture, Product and Program Managers
Work closely with cloud infrastructure engineers and cloud account holders to deploy product features and codified policies
Skills Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT related discipline or equivalent relevant education, training, and experience
Proficiency in Python/Golang or similar automation/scripting languages
Experience with cloud infrastructure development or resource management using public cloud provider platforms and services (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP)
Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, Cloudformation, Pulumi, etc.
Knowledge of best cloud security practices and cloud governance principles, strategy, risk, compliance
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
