Job Description:

• Develop middleware integration solutions or architect large-scale systems.
• Responsible for developing and maintaining networking features on System Common Layer by successfully following the requirements, design, development, and testing of network communication and foundational information software used in AutoSAR classic embedded system architecture on client machines and industrial applications for Common Services and Network Solutions team.
• Configuring software components must comply with the software architecture standards, and all work will be performed as part of the existing team following a common process.
• Working with software includes components for Data Link and Common Services (e.g.,Data link protocol implementations, Diagnostics, Hardware Abstraction Layer and Information services).
• Working on different network communication and information software for embedded systems on client machines and industrial applications for the Common Services and Network Solutions team (CSNS).
• Working on software analysis, review discussions, software development planning Developing testing application software using C/C++ and Python to run on Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Use of containerization and orchestration technologies.
• Involved in developing and using system requirements to develop and test software components used in machine control platforms, engine control platforms, display, and telematics platforms on software applications such as Network Designer, Autosar Designer and Vector Cast.
• Testing, analysis, software design, software implementation and interface between software layers, and development/execution of test procedures.
• Additional responsibilities include interfaces between hardware and software as well as evaluating operational performance of an overall system. The software components must comply with the software architecture standards and all work will be performed as part of the existing team following a common process.
• The software includes components for Data Link and Common Services (e.g.,Data link protocol implementations, Diagnostics, Hardware Abstraction Layer and Information services).
• Collaborate with Project Managers, technical directors, and vendors to provide estimates, develop overall implementation solution plans, and serve as a lead as required.
• Agile/Scrum Development & Management, Scaled Agile, Iterative & Incremental development approaches, Continuous Integration, and delivery, as well as providing guidance for enterprise-wide technology to junior staff.
• Use of Embedded C, C#, Python, Java, C++, JIRA, GitHub, Confluence and Slack
• Travel to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.

S. may be required to work at end-client locations, at least once or twice a year based on client’s needs. Must be willing to relocate and work anywhere in the U.S.

Job Requirements:

Education:

Must possess a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

Experience:

12 months experience in the position offered or a related position.

Special skills:

Aforementioned 12 months of experience must include the following:
