About the Role
:
We seek a Senior Java Developer wiqth strong experience building scalable, secure, and high-performance microservices using Spring Boot and modern DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technologist who thrives in a fast-paced Agile environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality software in a collaborative team setting.

Responsibilities:

Analyze business requirements and collaborate with Product Managers, Agile Coaches, and cross-functional teams to refine and deliver solutions.
Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient microservices using Spring Boot and related frameworks.
Write high-quality code with strong unit test coverage and contribute to automation testing efforts.
Mentor and guide offshore engineering teams to align with project goals and best practices.
Configure, tune, and maintain application systems; validate system functionality and monitor performance.
Troubleshoot complex issues in collaboration with development, operations, and vendor teams.
Manage product backlog items and deliver continuous value through Agile and DevOps methodologies.
Maintain accurate system documentation and support knowledge transfer across teams.
Use DevOps and CI/CD practices to ensure smooth deployment and operations of application components.

Qualifications:

Spring Boot & Microservices:

8+ years of hands-on development experience

GraphQL:

Minimum 3 years

Docker & Containers:

3+ years

Kubernetes:

3+ years

Spring WebFlux:

2 3 years (or willingness to ramp up quickly before onboarding)

Service Mesh, Jenkins:

Experience in deployment and service management

Monitoring/Logging:

ELK Stack, Splunk, AppDynamics

Security & Code Quality Tools:

Fortify, Black Duck, Twistlock

Version Control & Agile Tools:

Git, JIRA
Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps principles, and Agile development practices
Required Skills
Proactive communicator and problem-solver with a collaborative mindset
Able to work independently while managing multiple priorities
Passionate about clean code, design patterns, and engineering best practices.
Knowledge of cloud services and architecture.
