Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION

Develops, modifies and maintains computer application software integrated across multiple platforms and architectures. Analyzes existing business requirements to ascertain feasibility, implementation requirements, and performance. Provides technical guidance and direction in the development and production turnover of application software solutions. Provides technical guidance and direction in the development and production turnover of application software solutions. Leads and directs the architecture and design concepts for application software development. Plans and coordinates programming projects within a particular work group. Acts as a senior programming consultant in advanced computer technology and architecture. Assists and advises subordinate personnel in the resolution of highly technical and complex problems. Performs related responsibilities as required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

A bachelor’s degree and five years of applications software development experience OR seven years of applications software development experience. Must be proficient in at least three computer languages and one development workbench suite currently used in production. Experience as a supervisor or team leader is required.
