Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Architect to join our growing Atlanta team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation in architectural design and construction documentation, with the ability to guide and support designers while ensuring that the design intent is accurately captured and executed.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and organize comprehensive construction document sets, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and efficiency.
Demonstrate expertise in building envelope waterproofing, structural systems, curtain wall, and storefront systems.
Provide detailed interior finish specifications and solutions while maintaining design integrity.
Assess cost feasibility versus design intent to optimize material selection and construction methods.
Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
Collaborate effectively with MEP/FA systems to ensure seamless integration and coordination.
Offer technical guidance and support to the design team, bridging the gap between concept and execution.
Maintain a strong eye for design and detail, ensuring that architectural elements align with the intended vision.

Qualifications:

7+ years of proven experience in architectural detailing and construction documentation.
Strong knowledge of building systems, materials, and technical coordination.
Excellent problem-solving and team collaboration skills.
