$80•$83/hr (W2 and C2C)

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced User Experience Interface Designer with over 6 years of UX/UI design experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce platforms, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to align multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain high-level design plans for applications, data, and infrastructure.
Provide technical leadership and drive alignment across business units.
Design technical infrastructure, including databases, programming languages, and workflows.
Oversee development progress to ensure consistency with initial design.
Ensure software meets quality, security, and performance standards.
Evaluate and pilot new technologies to improve business value.
Contribute to UI Kits and Design Systems.

Required Qualifications:

6+ years of UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio.
Expertise in HTML, CSS, and WCAG guidelines.
Experience with Figma and UI frameworks like Angular and React.
Strong communication and negotiation skills to align stakeholders.
Experience working with agile teams and high-pressure environments.
Background in building user experiences for large e-commerce platforms.
Experience with content management systems like AEM (preferred).

Must-Have Skills:

Strong UX and visual design skills
E-commerce (dotcom) experience
Proficiency in Figma and UI frameworks
