MMA is searching for professionals with strong programming and logical skills who can apply those skills to develop high quality analytical software, which helps in generating insights for our clients in order to help them answer key questions, including how to drive more efficient and effective marketing, how to optimize pricing and promotion decisions, improve overall brand and marketing ROI, achieve both short and long term brand and equity objectives, optimize channel effectiveness and better forecast their business.

ABOUT YOU
You are willing to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment within the Software Development team.
You should possess exemplary focus on quality management, attention to detail, strong work ethic and a commitment to project and data excellence.
Requirements At least a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or other related fields3 – 5 years of software development or programming experienceExtensive experience in .NET, C#Good knowledge of working in Github, Bitbucket, JIRAKnowledge of various AWS services is an advantage.
Experience in working with Scrum or other Agile development processes.
Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively.
Flexible and willing to accept a change in priorities as necessary.
Willing to learn new things.
Good communication skill and good attitude towards the teamShould be a team player.
Responsibilities Reviewing and analyzing system specificationsUnderstanding requirements & functional specificationsCoordinating with co-developers and other related departmentsWrite well-designed, testable, and efficient code.
Produce specifications and determine operational feasibility.
Comply with project plans and deadlines.
Ability to think laterally and contribute to problem solving.
Well-developed analytical and investigative skillsPerformance analysis and optimizationThe primary job roles of a Senior Software Engineer are to: Review and analyze requirement specifications.
