Design, prototype, and demonstrate new features and components to users to ensure they meet requirements
Assist in the design, implementation, and optimization of related tools, approaches, and workflows
Collaborate closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and product managers to align development with business vision
Design solutions that fulfill both functional and technical requirements
Ensure alignment with security and compliance frameworks and controls
Take ownership of quality by:
Writing automated tests (ideally before writing code)
Maintaining a high-quality codebase
Write and maintain clean, efficient, and well-documented code
Develop and manage delivery pipelines and automated deployment scripts
Configure services such as databases, logging, and monitoring tools
Implement Service Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices to enhance system stability and performance
Troubleshoot and resolve issues throughout the development and production lifecycle, including on-call production support
