Responsibilities Design Leadership:

Project Management:
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources from initial design through project completion. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure seamless project delivery. Monitor and enforce adherence to local, state, and federal building codes and industry regulations.
Team Mentorship and Development:
Mentor and provide leadership to junior architects and design teams, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement. Conduct regular reviews of design work, offering constructive feedback and promoting professional development.
Client and Stakeholder Engagement:
