Position Overview As a Designer / Architect, you will contribute directly to project design, documentation, and coordination efforts. You will work collaboratively with team leaders, clients, and firm principals to drive projects from concept to completion. Your role will support both creative and technical aspects of design with a focus on quality, performance, and client satisfaction. Primary Responsibilities Develop and manage architectural design projects. Plan, research, and design architectural solutions while adhering to codes and regulations. Create and oversee detailed construction drawings and documentation. Collaborate in team meetings and communicate regularly with project stakeholders. May supervise team members in project phases, in coordination with team leaders. What We’re Looking For A strong candidate for this position will have these proficiencies, experiences and skills: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in architectural design and project development. Strong project execution and coordination skills, especially in medium to large-scope projects. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and SketchUp. Strong knowledge of ADA, NFPA, and local building codes. Licensed architect preferred (but not required). Demonstrated experience in producing technical documentation and managing design teams. Construction administration experience is a plus. Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to work effectively in a team environment. 7:30 AM – 11:30 AM (Half-Day Fridays!)
