ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Conceptualization & Design Coordinate and manage relationships with third-party architects, including joint-venture partners Collaborate with the internal team on project feasibility, design concepts, and construction estimating, including early stage site-selection & zoning Serve as a key design liaison across internal stakeholders, external consultants, and development partners Review architectural plans and ensure compliance with applicable codes, accessibility standards, and affordable housing program requirements (e.g., LIHTC, HUD) Participate in early-stage site and zoning assessments Provide technical support for value engineering and design revisions Review contractor work scopes for pricing and completeness
