The Solution Architect designs the infrastructure needed for Public & private Cloud hosting applications based on user requirements. The Solution Architect provides a holistic skill that addresses infrastructure services such as servers, storage, databases, load balancing, firewalls, and DNS. The architect must be able to interpret and follow hosting and security standards to correctly place the infrastructure on the network with cost effective solutions & robust design. The successful candidate will be a Solution Architect in the internal Cloud Managed Services organization of Deloitte Technology-US. A Solution Architect is responsible for facilitating the designs for application hosting solutions, and spearheading infrastructure and networking implementation efforts with architecture, DevOps, and application product teams. Required Qualifications:

Minimum 8 years of experience or 6 years with an advanced degree in Information Technology services with mix background understanding of computer networks as they relate to software and database design, development, and implementation Knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, Routers, Firewalls, Load Balancing, Security Certificates and DMZ environments 1+ year of recent cloud application hosting capabilities across major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google) Bachelor’s Degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or Information Systems or related and/or equivalent experience. Preferred Qualifications:
