Senior Developer Position Available In Middlesex, Massachusetts

Description We are looking for a skilled Senior Developer with experience in MRI software. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in software development to create innovative solutions that support property management operations and financial applications. This position requires a strong ability to collaborate with business users and translate their needs into effective technical designs. This role can sit fully remote.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop new software functionalities to enhance property management and financial systems.
• Customize existing features and implement native capabilities of MRI software to address operational requirements.
• Collaborate directly with business users to gather requirements and transform them into technical solutions.
• Integrate new technologies into the current suite of financial applications to ensure seamless functionality.
• Utilize MRI Software’s custom toolkit to build and optimize technical solutions.
• Conduct testing and debugging to ensure software reliability and performance.
• Maintain version control using GitHub and follow Agile Scrum methodologies for development.
• Apply ITIL processes to support the continuous improvement of software systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between technical and business objectives.
• Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to internal stakeholders. Requirements
• At least 5 years of experience in software development with a focus on commercial real estate applications.
• Proficiency in MRI Software and its custom toolkit.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and SQL for data analysis and integration.
• Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies and ITIL processes.
• Experience with bug tracking systems and version control tools like GitHub.
• Familiarity with API development and AB testing.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with business users and translate needs into technical solutions.
