What you’ll be doing: We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of our API Management platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DevOps practices, automation, and API management and development. This role involves working closely with development, operations, and security teams to ensure the seamless integration and deployment of APIs, as well as the automation of various processes to enhance efficiency and reliability. What you bring to the table: Design, implement, and maintain a secure, scalable API Management platform with automated CI/CD pipelines for API deployment. Collaborate with development teams to integrate APIs, ensuring performance and security standards. Implement and manage IaC using Terraform, Jenkins, or similar tools. Drive API Ops capabilities and promote API-first development and self-service practices. Monitor and optimize API platform performance, proactively resolving issues. Ensure API security using OAuth, JWT, and related authentication methods. Provide support and troubleshoot API-related issues with cross-functional teams. Stay updated on DevOps, API management, and automation trends. Skilled in scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell) and development (Java, JavaScript, Ruby). Experienced with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Proficient in IaC tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation. Strong knowledge of API security standards including OAuth 2.0, JWT, and OpenID1. What’s needed-

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or relevant work experience. 3+ years of proven experience as a DevOps Engineer, with a focus on automation. Strong knowledge of API design standards, patterns, and best practices, including Swagger and OpenAPI. 1+ years of hands-on experience with API management platforms such as Azure APIM, Apigee, or AWS API Gateway. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell. Experience developing with modern development languages like Java, Javascript, or Ruby. Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps. Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation. Strong understanding of API security standards and implementation, including OAuth 2.0, JWT, and OpenID1. What’s needed-

Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or Splunk. Experience with automated testing frameworks for APIs. Hands on experience with containerization orchestration tools like Kubernetes and Kubernetes based DevOps tools like
