We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented leader with a passion for multi-family, residential, and/or hospitality design and construction. The successful candidate will play a key role in guiding projects from conceptual development through construction documents and into the field.

Key Qualifications:

• 15-20+ years of relevant experience in architecture
• Professional architectural registration required
• Professional degree in Architecture
• Expertise in all phases of design, construction documentation, and construction administration
• Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
• Excellent communication—both verbal and written
• Exceptional organizational skills and self-motivation
• Advanced proficiency in residential construction
• Aid in development of design staff
