Exchange Engineer Position Description:
Administers large deployments of Exchange environments and messaging systems, including MS Active Sync (handheld devices), Active Directory, IIS, Spam/Anti-virus filtering, and Clustering. Configuration, support, and administration of Exchange 2010/2013/2016/2019, Active Directory, Windows Server 2008/2012/2016/2019/2022 and etc.…, Datacenter, SQL 2008/2012/2016/2019/2022 etc…, Veeam Backup, and Microsoft SharePoint technologies. Analyses technical problems and creates solutions involving the use of existing techniques or tools. Perform on-site technical support for Microsoft Exchange 2003/2010/2016/2019/SaaS. Perform on-site technical support for Microsoft Exchange from On-Prem 2016 to Cloud SaaS. Monitor Microsoft SCOM alerts to proactively respond, analyze, and troubleshoot to avoid potential incidents that may cause system/network back logs. Monitor and track incidents in the Altiris Ticketing System in support of the incident and problem management process. Monitor Microsoft server performance, run routine server diagnostic tests, perform, and monitor system backups, and perform cluster failovers. Monitor Exchange message queues, resolve non-deliveries, and perform message tracking and record status/findings in daily operations log. Create user accounts and mailboxes. Perform mailbox moves and restores.

Education:

II, IAT, MCSE, ITIL, MS, CCNA, CE, O365, IAM, MCSA
