Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join a global banking organization.
This role involves the analysis, design, development, testing, and documentation of major software projects, combining technical expertise with an understanding of core banking systems. The engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, maintainable code and robust solutions aligned with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities
Analyze technical and business requirements to determine efficient solutions aligned with core banking systems.
Design and develop software processes and programs to meet identified requirements.
Perform unit testing and debugging using best practices to ensure error-free deliverables.
Create and execute comprehensive test plans to validate the quality of major deliverables.
Analyze test results and collaborate with the team to resolve identified issues.
Document all technical specifications and workflows to support change management and deployment processes.
Support post-implementation activities to ensure successful production rollouts.
Provide iterations and improvements as required by evolving project needs.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of project documentation and deliverables. Required Qualifications
8-10+ years of relevant software engineering experience.
Strong experience working in

LINUX/UNIX

environments.
Proficiency in COBOL and JCL.
Scripting experience using Shell Script and PowerShell.
Experience working with Oracle databases.
Familiarity with Micro Focus and Eclipse development environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
