JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a recipe developer/food manufacturing expert to work on unique African foods especially cassava, yams and plantain. We looking for someone who can assist in developing a shelf stable food product and also recommend a streamlined process and equipment for production. Looking for someone knowledgeable in flavoring and vitamins/minerals enhancements as well. Cassava is the top priority, so we need someone who is comfortable working with it. COMPENSATION
this position is: hourly, $20/hr +
