Description:
Responsible for interpreting and contextualizing strategy foroperational needs and business value. Develops and maintainsspecific artifacts such as business capability maps and valuestreams to help bridge the gap between strategy and execution.
Drive rationalization for larger/more complex/new systems ≈plications. Works closely with Sr. Directors and Directors ofProduct Owners, Architects, and business teams to influenceroadmaps and how they align to enterprise business capabilityframework. Assess existing business capabilities and processes foropportunities to rationalize and optimize. Provides oversight andrecommendations for system and application projects in line withorganizational goals and business capability domains. Recognized asa thought leader within discipline who influences decisions made bysenior leadership and advances the craft of business architecturewithin our organization.
Responsibilities:
Provides thoughtleadership to business stakeholders, Solutions Delivery withinExperience and technology partners in building & cultivating aforward-looking business capability map based on the strategicpriorities of the organization. Provide expertise and guidance forhigh complexity business capability domains. Establish roadmaps anddrive the rationalization of solutions for core businesscapabilities across brands, lines of business, and programs.
Identify optimization potentials, such as leveraging sharedcapabilities between processes and business units. Simplify ourbusiness environment by identifying how efforts across functionsfit together and via reuse identification and business processoptimization. Make recommendations regarding the sequencing oftechnology roadmaps and investment allocations across differentportfolios based on value Adopts and promotes a business capabilitylens/mindset across Solutions Delivery within Experience andTechnology teams in order to enable the business and IT to betterstrategize, prioritize and develop solutions to meet business needsand advance the USRM Strategy. Collaborates with technologysquads/teams and product owners to develop a strong understandingof the technologies and systems they support. Work bothindependently and as part of a team as you manage a portfolio ofprojects to include those considered complex in nature withfunction-wide and enterprise impact. Provides updates to managerand collaborates with manager regarding highly complex mattersrequiring escalation. Manage the entire lifecycle of the project,from problem identification to research and analysis and resolutionand close out.
Qualifications:
Excellent strategic, analytical andproblem solving skills Knowledge of agile development methodologiesand value stream mapping among other process tools Experienceworking with technology Strong ability to understand linkagesbetween strategy and technology and/or integrating technology withbusiness strategy Ability to establish and build effectiverelationships across the organization Strong ability to adapt andaddress unique challenges in a collaborative and creative wayAbility to exchange ideas and convey complex information clearlyand concisely to technical and business leaders Self driven Abilityto influence a diverse group of stakeholders Strong experimentalmindset to drive solutions amongst uncertainty Master`s degreepreferred with minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in business,technology and/or consulting Expert skills in Excel and Power PointExperience with Technology Portfolio Management and GovernanceExperience developing and implementing technology governancesolutions Six Sigma, Agile and/or Project Managementcertifications
