Experience, Education and Certification(s):
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration or other related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Salesforce certifications preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in implementing Salesforce
- Strong working knowledge of an enterprise scale Content Services Platform (OpenText)
- Strong working knowledge of API management platforms like MuleSoft, to manage RESTful integration solutions
- Strong knowledge of Cloud-resident infrastructure software tools and frameworks (e.g.: Kubernetes, Cloudflare, Fuse, etc.) is
- Strong working knowledge of IAM and Privileged Access Management solutions is preferred
