Job Description
This position collaborates with others in the division to provide and maintain applications that meet business needs.
Responsible for software design and development for moderate to complex business solutions, providing technical guidance and leadership for specific applications.
Position Compensation Range:
$97,000.00 – $164,000.00
Pay Rate Type:
SalaryCompensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates. Primary Accountabilities Analyze high-level system specifications, requirements, and use cases.
Convert information into low-level specifications and system design plans.
Understand and identify system dependencies.
Provide documentation for design decisions, assumptions, code modules, and performance metrics.
Define, conduct, and participate in testing (unit, system integration).Lead and participate in development walkthroughs.
Collaborate on system flow, data usage, and process effectiveness.
Ensure development meets standards for programming, design, performance, quality, and security, and recommend improvements.
Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements Experience delivering customer-driven solutions, support, or service.
Basic knowledge of application architecture, design options, and development standards.
Development experience in Java and AWS (GCP or AZURE).Experience communicating technical information.
Experience developing complex systems using one or more programming languages.
Experience with integration and communication technologies between applications and platforms.
Experience estimating project size and effort.
Ability to write and model system design and specifications.
Understanding of SDLC and migration strategies.

Up to 10%.

Primarily sitting/standing.
Working Conditions Additional Qualifications 3+ years creating scalable, fault-tolerant enterprise applications.
Knowledge of SDLC practices, coding standards, source control, build processes, and testing.
Experience with Java and Spring Framework.
Experience with Git/GitLab, CI/CD pipelines.
