This role is responsible for the building and ongoing delivery of SitusAMC K2 applications, combining developer skills, operation excellence, project implementation, and Business Unit support. Overall responsibilities include developing new K2 applications and working closely with Product Owners and SMEs in process improvement and technology projects. The Senior Analyst is expected to possess strong technical expertise that require hands-on activities such as building K2 applications and enhancements and oversight of business units supporting K2 and RPA operations. They will partner closely with other Data, Reporting, and Analytics teams to insure the efficient, accurate and expedient development of projects designed to increase operating efficiency.
Essential Job Functions:
+ Under direction, partner with business and technology team members to expand the process automation platform. + Responsible for developing K2 forms and workflows + Follow the software development lifecycle of the process automation platform. + Build efficient automated solutions or interfaces and workflows to capture and maintain data. + Advocate the usage of data and automation across the organization, including demonstrating capabilities, collaborating with other technology teams, and consulting with business leaders. + Implement process automation best practices. + Mentor and review junior staff quality of work. Prompt and regular attendance is required. + Other activities as may be assigned by your manager.
Qualifications/ Requirements:
+ College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. + Mid-level professional with 2-4 years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically at an Analyst level role or external equivalent. + 2-4 years of process automation experience preferred. + Proficiency in K2 process au
