You’ll be responsible for designing and implementing robust software solutions, ensuring alignment with architectural principles and client needs. Your expertise will be crucial in every phase of development, from requirements gathering to deployment and ongoing maintenance. You’ll ensure the highest quality of deliverables through rigorous code reviews, comprehensive testing, and adherence to best practices. Success in this role requires seamless collaboration with architects, product managers, and various stakeholders to deliver outstanding project outcomes, while proactively identifying and mitigating technical risks. Beyond direct implementation, you will be instrumental in setting up efficient processes, facilitating paired programming and mentorship, and even teaching others to take on leadership responsibilities.
We are looking for someone with a strong background in software development, including significant experience in a leadership capacity. Proficiency in C# and SQL is essential , as is experience with modern front-end frameworks like Angular or React. You should be highly skilled with cloud platforms, preferably Azure , and have a solid understanding of DevOps practices and tools, including

CI/CD. A

deep knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns will be key to your success.
