Summary
Our client is seeking a Software Engineer to join the Application Development Team, leading software design, implementation, and problem-solving, ensuring consistency across teams in quality standards while adhering to microservice architecture principles.
Responsibilities
Assist architects in creating reference architecture patterns for various applications and data workloads.
Develop standards and company-wide best practices for engineering complex technology solutions.
Design, code, test, debug, and document projects (.NET/C#/Rest/Azure).
Conduct code reviews for .NET projects to ensure the highest code quality and appropriate design patterns.
Transform software designs into high-functioning code.
Participate in testing, training, and documentation efforts.
Requirements
7+ years of software engineering experience.
3-5 years of extensive experience using Agile methodologies.
Strong background with modern technology stacks, microservices, and Cloud architectures (preferably Azure).
Well-versed in software design patterns, coding best practices, and unit-testable code.
Knowledge of databases, SQL/NoSQL architectures.
Experience with GitHub, Azure DevOps, JavaScript (Angular/React).
Preferred
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
Knowledge of mobile application development (iOS, Android).
Familiarity with collaborating with developers from different regions.
This is a 6-Month Contract-for-Hire opportunity with our Kansas City, MO client. 100% Paid employee Medical/Dental Benefits, Paid time off, Paid Holidays, and 401(k) (with immediately-vested company match) available with TriCom during the contract period.
