You’ll collaborate with engineering teams to improve efficiency and code quality, develop dashboards, and turn data into actionable insights. Ideal candidates are self-driven, analytical, and passionate about continuous improvement.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Partner with teams to improve engineering efficiency and quality
Build dashboards using Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI
Write and integrate Python, SQL, and Java to connect data sources
Analyze data to find patterns and improvement opportunities
Work with leaders to develop data-driven action plans
Help teams understand their story through ongoing metrics
Promote a culture of engineering excellence with insights
This is a 6-month contract role based in St. Louis, MO, with hybrid flexibility (2 days/week remote) and the possibility of extension.

REQUIRED SKILLS

5+ years in software development (Python, SQL, Java)
Experience with BI tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI)
Strong analytical mindset and communication skills
Experience supporting engineering or DevOps teams a plus
Collaborative, proactive, and self-motivated

Pay Range:

$60-70.92/hour W2
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (No sponsorship available)
