St Louis, MO – Hybrid 3 days onsite /2 days remote As a Software Development Engineer in Test, you will: Design, develop, and maintain an automation test harness. Write unit tests using mocking frameworks. Perform end-to-end API testing using tools such as Karate and Rest Assured. Develop automation test cases using Selenium or Playwright. Integrate CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Harness with the automation framework. Utilize Co-Pilot to accelerate test creation and enhance instruction templates. Set up in-memory databases like H2 for test automation. Create automation scripts for APIGEE endpoints. Use test management tools such as Octane. Work within a BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) framework.

The ideal candidate will have:

The ability to quickly understand the business scope in order to design, develop, and maintain an automation test harness. Coding, analytical, and design skills. Proficiency in C# .NET and Angular. Experience in Selenium/Playwright, API testing (Karate, Rest Assured), Unit testing (Mock frameworks), CI/CD (Jenkins, Harness), H2 DB, APIGEE, SDLC compliance, Octane, BDD, GitHub Copilot, Messaging systems, JMeter/BlazeMeter (preferred). Pay Range•: Between $50– 55per hour> •Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
