As an active member of our team, you will…Effectively communicate performance test plans and results to cross-functional team members and managementDevelop and Run Tests at scale and complexity to identify performance bottlenecks and uncover anomalous system behaviorRoot cause performance/scalability issues and work closely with development teams to make improvementsDevelop tools and frameworks to enable development teams to easily add performance tests, using JS/TS/NodeJS; Docker; AWS; Azure; JenkinsIntegrate with our continuous testing systems, testing automation (Playwright), and reporting of performance metricsThis position will require stand-by, on-call, or off-hours dutiesIf you’ve got it, we want it…5+ years software development experience, focusing on performance/scale testingExpertise in designing and developing performance tests, especially with data intensive applications and/or data streams processingExpertise in identifying and investigating performance issuesHands-on experience with Cloud (AWS, Azure preferred) and Docker is a mustHands on experience with CI/CD Jenkins (preferred) or any other.

Knowledge and understanding of resource management in Linux or windows is a must.
