Generative AI (Gen AI) Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI models (LLMs, transformers, diffusion
models, etc.) for business applications.
Build and fine-tune AI pipelines using natural language processing (NLP),
machine learning (ML), and deep learning techniques.
Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to
translate business needs into AI solutions.
Integrate AI models into scalable APIs and systems for enterprise-wide use.
Evaluate model performance, ensure compliance with data governance policies,
and implement responsible AI practices.
Stay current with advancements in the field of AI, especially LLMs (e.g., GPT,
BERT, LLaMA).

Required Skills:

Proven experience developing and deploying Generative AI or LLM-based
solutions.
Strong knowledge of Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and NLP libraries such as
Hugging Face Transformers or spaCy.
Experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning LLMs, and leveraging foundation
models.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) and MLOps tools.
Understanding of banking or financial services data and use cases is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
