Sr Field Applications Engineer Position Available In [Unknown county], Mississippi

Deliver business value through Right and Fast partnership As a Field Application Engineer here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our customers in the field. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements. Your role will involve troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, conducting product demonstrations, and providing training and support to customers and distributors. You will provide technical support to a cross functional sales team. In this role, you will impact the success of our customers by ensuring the successful implementation and use of our products and solutions. You will play a critical role in building strong relationships with customers and providing them with exceptional service and support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide technical support to customers in the field, internal sales team and distributors. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions Build and maintain strong relationships with customers Conduct VOC activities in support of Product Marketing Work with Global Application Engineers in support of NPI rollouts and product training 50% – 60% local Southeast region travel This position is incentive plan eligible. Minimum of 3 years of experience with electronic components, especially sensors Experience in customer-facing roles
