g., ERPs, HRsystems, Data Analytics) Assessing quality assurance for IT implementationCommunicationand Collaboration Crafting compelling narratives, translating complex ideas forboth technical and non-technical audiences Delivering impactful presentations, leading modules, presentingfindings, and building consensus with clients Building collaboration, mentoring teams, and sharing knowledgeto drive collective successInnovation and Growth Driving innovation, uncovering novel ideas and transformativesolutions Fostering a growth mindset, continuously learning and applyingnew skills to grow your impact Assisting with business development through writing proposalsand scoping projects What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in information technology, businessadministration, computer science, information systems, or systemcontrols & engineering or a related field (Master’s degree is aplus) 4+ years of technology consulting or software engineeringexperience with more than 1 year in IT or Business architecturediscipline Superior technical knowledge, engineering rigor, and creativeproblem-solving Ability to explain complex technology topics to seniorexecutives Extensive technical expertise and knowledge along one or moreof the following topics: Cloud technologies, architectures, designing cloud workloadsand optimizing cloud footprint (i.e., FinOps) Integration methodologies, design patterns and associatedtooling (API and Microservices architecture) Structured and unstructured databases and usage patterns Data platform architecture and associated patterns (e.g. DataLake, Data Warehouse, Lakehouse, etc.) Data analytics, AI and GenAI architecture Application modernization, programming paradigms and approaches(e.g. object-oriented) Mainframe architecture Process automation approaches and tooling (e.g. DevOps,AIOps) An agile mindset that moves past blockers and a vision toiteratively migrate to the modern set of architecture capabilitieswith a lens of business benefits/value Willingness to travel to work with clients and BCG teams. FOR U.S. APPLICANTS

The base compensation forthis role is $150,000 in USD. In addition to your base salary, youwill also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonusand BCG’s Profit Sharing and Retirement Fund (PSRF) contribution.
