Responsibilities
Ability to architect solutions involving complex IT and other healthcare platforms/systems
Enterprise server, workstations, networking, storage, installation and troubleshooting skills
Design, analyze and improve custom workflows for customers.
Participate in development of architectural strategy for technical workflow integration
Work with third party vendors (EMR, PACS, VNA) on integrating with our medical imaging viewer utilizing the principles of

DICOM, HL7

Work with the Operations and Engineering team members in formulating a strategy for deployment and provide recommendations for improvements in implementation
Assist with pre-sales technical calls presenting a proposed architecture diagram to customers
Provide technical expertise on Terarecon’s SaaS offering regarding Authentication, Storage, System specs, etc
Architect and Design Terarecon solutions on AWS or GCP or Azure Cloud platforms
Design and Recommend High Availability and Disaster Recovery solutions for Terarecon products on Cloud.
Assist with Security questionnaires, RFPs and RFIs from existing and prospective customers.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with certifications in AWS cloud preferred
Familiarity with DICOM configuration, connection testing and troubleshooting is required.
Experience with PACS systems, RIS and knowledge of HL7 is required.
Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software quickly and efficiently.
Able to work independently under no supervision with good time management skills.
