PowerBuilder Developer Position Available In Gaston, North Carolina

PowerBuilder Developer ReTechPrime Technology Solutions Private Limited Dallas, NC 28034 We are seeking an experienced PowerBuilder Developer to design, develop, and maintain applications using PowerBuilder and related technologies. The ideal candidate will work closely with business analysts, project managers, and end-users to deliver robust and scalable solutions that meet business requirements.

PowerBuilder Expertise:

Strong hands-on experience with PowerBuilder. Minimum 5 years of project experience. Knowledge of the PowerScript language for creating DataWindows, forms, and business logic.

Database Knowledge:

Proficiency in working with relational databases such as: Oracle/ SQL Server / Sybase Writing and optimizing SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, and views.

Application Development:

Proficiency in creating DataWindows and maintaining existing ones. Designing user-friendly graphical interfaces using PowerBuilder IDE. Implementation of business logic and workflows.

Application Maintenance:

Debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in legacy PowerBuilder applications. Upgrading or migrating PowerBuilder applications to newer versions or technologies.

Reporting Tools:

Generating and customizing reports using DataWindows or other reporting tools integrated with PowerBuilder.

Scripting and Automation:

Experience with PowerScript scripting for backend automation. Basic Knowledge of Other Technologies (Optional but Useful): .NET or Java (for integration or transitioning legacy systems). Competitive salary and benefits package.
