Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a Contract job with a client in Greensboro, NC(Hybrid). The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Opcenter Discrete modules, and will lead solution design and manage change and incident processes in manufacturing operations.

Rate Range:

$41/hour to $56/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Developer job responsibilities include:
Designing and implementing solutions using Siemens Opcenter Discrete modules
Performing techno-functional analysis and impact assessments for new requirements
Translating solution requirements for the development team and ensuring delivery
Managing incidents, changes, and service requests effectively
Coordinating with manufacturing sites to support and contextualize shop floor operations

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field
8+ years of experience in MES development, specifically with Opcenter Discrete modules
Proven ability to design and implement solutions on Siemens Opcenter MOM platform
Strong experience in techno-functional analysis and impact assessment
Hands-on experience with incident, problem, and change management processes
Excellent coordination skills with manufacturing stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Ability to guide and mentor team members on Opcenter applications

Pay Details:

$41.00 to $56.00 per hour
