Seeking a skilled Developer to support solution design and implementation using the Siemens OpCenter MOM platform. The role involves techno-functional analysis, development in Opcenter Discrete modules, stakeholder coordination, and ongoing support of MES systems in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with customer stakeholders to design solutions using Siemens OpCenter MOM.
Conduct impact analysis for new requirements and changes; deliver optimal solutions for complex business needs.
Develop and customize Opcenter Discrete modules.
Guide team members on Opcenter product and technical matters.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications for the development team.
Manage incidents, problems, service requests, and change requests.
Handle governance reporting and SLA/KPI tracking to ensure high system availability.
Coordinate with manufacturing sites to align with shop floor processes.
Drive continuous improvement and support digital manufacturing initiatives.
Liaise with MES COE, interfacing application teams, and the Opcenter product team for seamless upgrades and operations.
Required Skills & Experience:
4 6 years of experience in MES implementation and support, specifically with Siemens Opcenter MOM.
Proficient in Opcenter modules including Opcenter EX DS and EX FN.
Experience in customizing and extending Opcenter functionality.
Familiarity with
OPC-UA, PLC/SCADA
integration.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Working knowledge of Agile methodologies.
Industry domain experience in manufacturing.
