Job SummaryAs aCloud Solutions Engineering Manager in NetApp’s Public Cloud Salesorganization, you will lead the Eastern US Cloud SolutionArchitecture team, reporting to the Director of Cloud SolutionArchitecture. You will be responsible for building and directing ahigh-performing team of Cloud Solution Architects focused ondriving customer adoption of NetApp’s cloud services, particularlyFSx for NetApp ONTAP and other AWS solutions. This role requiresyou to be based on the East Time Coast of the UnitedStates.
Essential Functions
- -Lead and develop the Eastern US Cloud SolutionArchitecture team to achieve revenue targets and customer successobjectives
- -Drive transformation as NetApp evolves into a cloud-firstsoftware company, embracing specialized team-based sellingmethodologies
- -Collaborate with AWS, customers, and internal stakeholdersto create successful business outcomes
- -Guide technical strategy and execution for enterprise RFPresponses and proof-of-concepts
- -Partner with Sales leadership on territory planning,revenue forecasting, and go-to-market strategies
- -Build and maintain strong relationships with AWSleadership and key enterprise customers
- -Manage escalations effectively across customers, productteams, and senior leadership
- -Foster innovation and technical excellence within the teamthrough mentorship and skill development Required Qualifications
- -8+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutionarchitecture, or similar customer-facing technical roles
- -2+ years of people management experience leading technicalteams
- -Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, orrelated field; Master’s preferred
- -Deep understanding of public cloud technologies,particularly AWS services and architecture
- -Strong track record of leading complex technical salescycles and strategic customer engagements
- -Proven ability to build and develop high-performingtechnical teams
- -Experience with cloud storage, data management, andenterprise infrastructure
- -Excellence in executive communication and presentationskills Leadership Competencies
- -Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in matrixorganizations
- -Track record of leading organizational transformation andchange management
- -Strong business acumen with ability to align technicalstrategy with business objectives
- -Experience managing and developing IC4-IC6 level technicalprofessionals
- -History of successful partnership with enterprise salesorganizations
- -Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and driveconsensus Location and Travel
- -Must be based in the Eastern Time Zone of the UnitedStates
- -Regular travel within the Eastern US region (approximately40%)

Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 278,800
- 360,800 USD.
The salary offered will be determined by the candidate’s location,qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside ofthis range. The range is based on ‘On Target Earnings’ (OTE)representing the total potential earnings, which is the sum of thebase salary and potential commission earned when performancetargets are achieved. Final compensation packages are competitiveand in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety offactors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This maycover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or PensionPlans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, employee stockpurchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s). These offeringsare subject to regional variations and governed by local laws,regulations, and company policies.
