Required Qualifications:
- 8+ Years of experience in IT
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of hands-on experience developing applications on the Appian platform.
- Proficiency in Appian SAIL (Self-Assembling Interface Layer), process modeling, records, sites, actions, and CDTs.
- Experience with Appian integrations, including
REST/SOAP
APIs, web services, and third-party tools like DocuSign, SharePoint, or Salesforce.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server) for data management and querying.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies (Scrum/SAFe) and tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, or Rally.
- Understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JSON.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues in Appian applications.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
