Must Haves:
5 years of experience in application development, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Appian BPM development.
Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex Appian solutions, including process models, SAIL interfaces, and integrations.
Strong coding skills and experience with related technologies such as Java, JavaScript, SQL, and web services (REST/SOAP).
Responsibilities:
Design and develop end-to-end applications using the Appian BPM platform to meet the needs of the Enterprise Credit Risk team.
Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
Lead the development of application architecture and integration strategies, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
