Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Responsible for leading development and supportof Power BI COE and work closely with the rest of the Power BI teamand business peers to effectively execute Business Intelligenceproject initiatives Lead Power BI Cloud initiative and SSRS application migrations Collaborate with internal and external technology and businesspartners to implement product Critically analyze business requirements, architect, and implementBI solutions Define, develop and maintain effective BI solutions Provide Platform support as required Work closely with Platform administrator, architect and supportteam to develop and execute action plans to address gaps Recommend innovations that enhance and/or provide a competitiveadvantage to the organization Communicate effectively with both the business and technicalteams Plan Enterprise server deployments, On-premises and cloud-based Monitor and maintain site metrics such as content usage, useractivity, and scheduled tasks Troubleshoot user issues within a site

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relatedfield 15+ years of Data Analytics and Reporting experience 5+ years of Tech lead experience Hands-on development Experience using Power BI Development experience using other reporting tools like Tableau,MicroStrategy and Cognos Good analytical and communication skills Competent with Report Server and its metadata in SQL Server Proven advanced skill and experience with Power BI development andadministration Proficient with querying languages, such as

ANSI-SQL, T-SQL

Problem solving / troubleshooting experience /skills to assistProduction Support in issue resolution Proven ability to independently champion business intelligenceprinciples with business owners, application owners, data analystsand DBAs Proven ability to handle multiple projects while meeting deadlinesand documenting progress towards those deadlines Excellent communication skills (must be able to interface with bothtechnical and business leaders in the organization) Ability to be a self-starter that can provide leadership Comprehensive understanding of the Agile Development process Desired skills: Able to work independently Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10employees will be considered for this position.
